Mr. Richard J. Apperson, 56, of Winston-Salem, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was the son of Wallace G. Apperson and stepson of Trudie Bowman Apperson. He is survived by his brother, Mark, and sisters, RoxeAnne and Melinda. Visitation will be held from 6 - 8 p.m. Friday, August 30, 2013 at the home, 1909 Shelby Lane, Winston-Salem. Even though I did not know Richard personally, I really wanted to express my condolences to you and your family. God’s word the bible speaks of a time when death will be a thing of the past.
