Mr. Richard Johnson Amon, past away on Saturday, June 8,2013 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, N.C, he was 75. Mr. Amon is preceded in death by his parents Agnes and Collis Amon, a brother Don Amon, and a sister Ida Kay Crookshanks. He is survived by his wife Gay Amon, two sons; Richard Don Amon and wife Deidra, of Marietta, G.A and Ronald Dean Amon and wife Michelle, of Temple G.A; four grand children and two great grandchildren, and a brother John Amon, of Mauldin, M.O. A service for the family will be held at a later date. A visitation will be held at Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Chapel, 729 Flat Top Rd., Shady Springs, WV on Saturday, June 29, 2013 from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
